Orders:

All jewellery is made to order by Tracy and can take up to 3 weeks for the item to become available if shown as out of stock. Plated pieces can take longer. Please email Tracy if you would like a piece for a specific date and she will try her best to meet your deadline.

Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a final email notification when items have been dispatched so you know when to expect them. On the rare occasion that Tracy has not managed to make your piece within the time quoted, due to seasonal demands, she will contact you in plenty of time with an estimated dispatch date.

Variation:

Slight variations in size and weight are possible due to the hand finishing of each item.

Payment:

Orders can be processed directly though this website. All card payments are securely processed via Square or PayPal as a third party payment system. You, as the customer, agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made at our store. Please ensure that your PayPal account has up-to-date credit card numbers and expiration dates, or that you enter all details correctly, so that Tracy can complete your transaction and contact you as needed. Tracy does not hold any customer card details and will never pass your details on to anyone. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details.

Delivery:

Tracy ensures all deliveries are sent as securely as possible via a tracked and insured service. Please see Delivery page for full details. If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact Tracy and she will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Royal Mail. Tracy cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or delayed in transit. Any items sent outside of the UK are subject to custom charges. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are unhappy with a purchase, you have 14 days to return unworn items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery. Tracy recommends you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. Tracy cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you receive is faulty. Unfortunately commissioned or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

To arrange a return please email Tracy stating your name, details of item and reason for a return/exchange. All items must be returned in the same unused condition they were received in the original Tracy Winn packaging.
